I never said it was the best build. Just saying I did super well when I stacked IE. Lots of crit and dmg.

I use hextech for slow.

Either Leap -> Hextech's slow -> etc

or Slow -> Leap -> etc

My only comment for this guide is that I think the banshee should be gotten MUCH earlier. I would almost say it should be 3rd in items, not 5th. Putting it at a 5th place item almost makes it unobtainable in some times, and its too good to not have. :/

Just my thoughts, guide looks good. I do not know enough about jax to nit pick at it much.

one item to look into as well for an early game dps booster is Malady. rly synergizes well with him. I sometimes just rush a malady instead of a guinsoos as a first dps item, then after ive gotten my guinsoo and basic revolver, either sell to finish hexetech or hold and focus on lichbane over TF. granted this all depends on enemy resistances ofc. other than that, decent guide.

i tend to get sheen first because you canproc it 3 times in 1 combo+it adds mana which is great for early farming

When I play Jax I tend to never run low on mana.
