lol vlad can barely handle 1v1 solo against the scarier mids.

Morde > him 1v1

I see a vlad in game i IMMEDIATELY pick morde cause i know how basically thats a free lane for morde.

ANY aggressive dual lane walks ALL over vladimir.

NO offense to the hero but sion/anything. = dead vlad.

alistar/anything = dead vlad

kayle/anything = dead vlad

soraka/anything = dead tower and possibly dead vlad


Think of an actual decent lane combo

Cho Gath Soraka. That lane will have a tower down AND vlad dead 5 times in about 6 minutes.

Vlad 2v1 lane is honestly the dumbest way to play him. Id rather stick him in the jungle

I've never had trouble in a 2v1 lane.
Between Vlad being a solid solo choice, and the jungle coming to gank when the oppurtunity presents itself, its pretty easy.

I think youre forgetting that jungle gank element.

ok ChoGath and Soraka vs vlad.

I guarantee you even at level ONE that chogath will be all over vladimir.

Level one rupture and his passive plus sorakas healing will keep him at full life and that tower pushed so hard that unless the jungle wants to gank at level one then you arent going to have much time to actually wait for a gank


or scenario two. ChoGath and Soraka choose to keep the lane stationary and not push and focus on harassment.

Vlad has absolutely NO chance to farm that creepwave. At all. None.

He has no choice but to tower hug and hope he can snag hits from the tower with chogath sniping stuns at him from 800 range out

I love vlad and YES he is a good solo hero. but you dont stick him against two heros when vladimirs worst nightmare is silences and stuns...

he isnt a hero with a solid escapability...once he uses pool...hes vulnerable for 20 seconds and cant do anything to get away

The only lane I see absolutely wrecking vlad is kassadin/soraka.

yeah dont get me wrong. love the guide. its great.

But..here lemme say it this way

If someone needs a guide on vladimir they arent good enough to handle a 2v1 lane. You and I may be good enough to do so. But a majority of people will not be able to handle that amount of lane pressure.

I use ap per level blue and rush Rylai's right away.

I've never had a problem doing 1v2 with Vlad either. Play it safe until your Q has a low cool down then start harassing. Never really had a problem, just let them push and get the last hits at your tower. Vlad almost one hits creeps with his Q as early as level 7, you'll have plenty of time to catch up with the creep kills.
