Yeah but how people are supposed to know if he bought the skin or hes hacking? Do you report everyone using a skin?

You report it but you won't ever know if the person got banned unless its someone you know.

like CaptainT said, I'm sure they got a file or documentary where it shows what account has skins that has been bought just in case if there was a rollback glitch or something, they can reestablish their skin.

If they didn't have such file then anyone can send a e-mail saying that they bought a skin and please reinburse.

Apparently, I'm "being watched" by Pendragon because I was using the unreleased riot singed skin vs his team earlier today. My whole team was skin glitching also lmfao.
