There was a patch today, so bastion/aphelios aren't as OP anymore. It isn't a free top 4 if not a 1st cuz they significantly nerfed vlad's 1st aug and shen.

Just played my 1st match post patch and went 4th with Aphelios/Vlad.

Granted, I couldn't get my bastion frontline together and had to roll with Sion/Sejuani instead, Aphelios and Urgot still feel quite solid.

Everybody busy playing the meta, so i've just been abusing Zeri/Zaun.

If you get virulent bioware and a zaun spat put it on Ashe for a free 1st. 2star ashe does as much damage as a overcharged adaptive implant zeri with rb, sniper focus, lw lol.

6 zaun +2 flex, depends what you hit. Nasus/jarvan or sej/ashe or piltovers if I get the start. A lot of flexibility, all you need is a rage blade on zeri + dps items and tank items go on nasus or sej. If you get exploding mod, u want that on jarvan. If you get virulent bio, on ashe. Etc.

Or go back to Master Yi Frejlord/Aphelios comp, it's less popular again. Just went 1,2,2,1,2,1 boosting a plat account to diamond

yeah used to be aphelios/bastion to stall for vlad's 3rd aug to proc ftw.

but this one is even more broken, cuz u just win A LOT and it's not even close. You can afk few rounds and even go 6th instead of 8th.

Do you still lose streak for carousel prio?

not really, depends on what you're given. If i get a bad start, then yeah i go for 5 loss streak and item prio. However, most of the time i go for strong board so that i can stay healthy enough to lvl 7.
not much to prioritize other than a bow for rageblade. Most of the time you get it from creep rounds, but if i get extremely unlucky throughout the game, i manage to snag it at the full item carousel or take the TF aug if given
