With these changes, we wanted to provide more opportunities for counterplay by removing the reset from his evolved Leap, instead giving him a small base damage increase. We also wanted to tone down his wave clearing potential, to bring her in line with other mid-lane casters like Ahri, Brand, or Gragas. His ability to assassinate out-of-position carries has been troublesome in the late game, so we are removing the isolated damage bonus. This should give counterplay to carries like Vayne, Tristana, and Caitlyn, who have no means of escaping him.
Taste Their Fear
No longer deals bonus damage to isolated targets.
Cooldown increased to 20 at all ranks
Void Spikes
Evolved spikes now deal 33% damage to targets hit but retain the three spike pattern.
Cooldown increased to 25 at all ranks
Leap
No longer resets on kill or assist when evolved
Evolve Wings now grants 5/10/15/20/25 bonus damage to leap
Cooldown increased to 45 at all ranks
Those are the pbe notes on khazix and if all that happens khazix wont even be played anymore.
if those nerfs go through the only way khazix would be viable is AP lichbane bruiser.
