u can get unstuck by.:

when you are in champ select say fill , top/mid/bot/jungle whichever role u are in pick fiddlesticks and buy a red trinket , enemy pushing > use red trinket > ward? yes > clean it and run wait for cd on red trinket > repeat , no > press r > surprise party > go home happy
