It means he does a ton of damage in one hit. You have other pokemon calm mind of swords dance him and then baton pass overto your sweeper.
On my dragonite i used Earthquake, Fire punch, Dragon dance and Dragon claw.

Fpunch is sp atk in this game, so is dragon claw. EQ is atk
