most ppl/tournys are competing at lvl 50 cap, pretty sure theyll change to 100 when e4 opens up

Cause it's a Persian first off, and second because I'd rather just wait till all the skills are in to care about doing duels and what not. Might change once I hit 100 a couple times, but I'd rather just go ahead and get the farming going now.
