Woops, meant to answer this. The trade off with ryze won't be very nice, considering he could just sit in lane all day and heal up when he gets his tear.

Wukong is a little tougher than usual to win because of his pokes. Garen has no ranged poke to pressure you at all so you can freely farm with your Q ability. Even if hes spinning on top of me when Im in my shroud, I can just out dps him because Akalis burst damage is that good. No need to pressure Garen out of the lane, just wait till level 6 and you win easily.
