What is the best time to play ranked? I seem to have the worst luck, but I also play at around the same time frame. I went from 1520 to 1259.

I like to play Corki. Despite my 50% W/L because of trolls >.>

I always play support or magician. mains annie / karma / lux / soraka.. ect..
I don't have a problem avoiding tryn on annie or karma, but any other intel, whaddafugg do I do if flash and ghost are on CD?!?!
