it does make sense. If its your first time playing 1 v 1 mid only then you should ask to the other guy if you can't jungle or if you can. It is mid lane only. Means you can't go bottom/top or jungle. Mid lane only and base.

The only stands for not going top/bottom/jungle.

but how would you know that?... Just by it saying Mid only, it can justify lanes not jungle.

That wasn't specified in the game agreements, it just said mid lane only.
If anything it should say:

Mid lane only out of the 3 (Top/mid/bot)
Jungling NOT allowed
Base is allowed (Just for you goldenman)

Jungling should have been specified to be allowed or not allowed. As of the rules stated, it was a grey area, and therefore Cher did not instant lose by jungling.

If indeed it was a insta lose. then the proper course of action would have been to screenshot cher wiht blue buff. then leave game. not to let it play out, lose, then call him out on jungling. Thats like challenging the point from a previous play in a sport.
