i seen dyrus bitching 4 having 74 ping lol

wen u play with 0 ping for a while it knda sux when u go over 50

The problem is not about skill on server but he cant play akali.

He's only good with akali, so he wont probably get it.

So if both regions are equally skilled, aint it a HUGE disadvantage for a Dia 1 from EUW to play at Dia 1 in NA with 8-10 times his normal ping?

So it should be way harder to obtain D1 on a server where you're handicapped from ping when skill-levels are even, right?
