Ok, so here's a TL;DR
I played on NA for 19 games, went 7 wins 12 lost. Derped while trying to adjust to ping. Blackhawk said that I should move to EUW to eliminate the ping as a factor (even though I'm pretty sure that given me a couple of weeks to get adjusted to the ping, I could do the same on NA). When I transfered to EUW I got Silver 1, and acc had 45 wins 46 lost.
I then derped for 2 games while at 0 LP in silver (went troll-Karma bot cause forced to supp, and Brand mid where I rushed Mejai with 0-6-0, next item Banner of Command, ended up with 9-8-11 and 20 stacks, but lost game). After that I started "tryharding". Lost 1 game due to insane lags with Elise, my spiders were teleporting when I casted them and everything just spiked.
After this I've been raising without problems. Atm I'm on Gold 5 promos, most likely will go Gold 3 from them, since my MMR is higher than Gold 2 players.

Currently on a 17-2 spree on EUW, after deciding to actually try and raise my elo instead of trolling
