Counter/Mirror Coat/Destiny Bond/Safeguard

It makes you go last and if you survive the attack, you deal double the amount of damage that attack dealt.

Safeguard will prevent status effects. Destiny Bond means you can't just one shot him because he will take you with him.

Basically you train him to have high special defense/defense and then use counter against normal/fighting pokemon and mirror coat against any special move.

And his base HP is high as fuck.

Also he is banned because if 2 Wobbuffets enter battle together, nobody will ever win because they can't attack each other because their moves are based around countering attacks.

Also you can't use a poison him because of safeguard and of destiny bond.
