evolve that motherfucker and evolve to nidoking as fast as you can for the base stats and teach nidoking some beast moves.

Which is fine. Nidorino doesn't learn anything important. You teach Nidoking powerful shit like Earthquake/Dig and Thrash is OP as fuck.
