can i still borrow that alakazam for the psychic gym?

lets say you want to level up your pokemons speed

you go kill ghastly's in the pokemon tower

every time you kill one

you gain 1 ev point

4 ev points gives your pokemon a stat point

you can only have a maximum of 510 ev points on your pokemon, and a max of 255 per stat.

so if you kill 40 ghastly's you gain 40 ev points in speed, meaning you get 10 extra speed stat points

Why do ghastly's give speed?

Also, how does one use fly?

they just do, certain pokemon give certain ev's, there are lists i believe, google



teach pokemon fly, open town map, move to location with arrow keys, press z.
