Follow the Instructions on the website, you will make your account and download the client

Download and Extract the Pokemon Rom to your Rom folder inside the Pokemon MMO folder

This Rom is not needed, however, it adds features in the game such as:
Pokemon can walk with you the ROM will also update graphics, it's highly recommended
Do the same thing, Download and Extract the ROM to your Rom folder inside the Pokemon MMO folder
Drag your Pokemon from the Party Window to your screen to have it follow you

You will need winrar or another program to extract the downloaded files.
It took me 2-3 minutes to download, install and login!

Create your Character & Rival and login!

Remember, your data is saved on the server not locally.
You have a friends list, you can only add someone only if they're online.
Right click a player to interact with them.
I think it's based off of name of Character not your registered account name to add someone.

Important Information

You can get a maximum of 510 EVs on one pokemon. 4 EV points = 1 stat point

You can get a maximum of 255 EVs on one stat (atk, spd, sp atk) etc.

So you 252-252 in your two favorite stats, and put the rest into something else.

Different pokemon give different EV points. Dig, for example, gives one Spd EV for every time you get experience from him, and 2 for dugtrio.

Getting exp gives you EV, so even if you kill something with 1 EV, if you kill him after getting 6 ( or whatever) people involved in the battle, they will all get 1 EV. EV points do not split.
