Just adjust to your play style if your support is being dumb just farm and let it die and wait for your team. No need to rely on your support, if it's a good one then you'll wreck lane but just evaluate your situation and if it makes it worse don't bother. Check out xfsn saber on YT/twitch he's a challenger adc and super informative
Also when I run muramana with poke adcs like Ashe/ez, I run POM and Manaband at full stacks 85+ ad is so good
