Camille clearly fits all of these requirements.

She is medium to learn, but hard to master.
Very high outplay potential, massive mobility. She can teamfight very well, but also splitpush.
U can snowball rly hard on her.

I want my champ to do this:

Everything here describes Ekko + he is a jungler and that's the best solo carry potential role in the game

Mobility = renekton E, dashes.
Outplay with ult, healing, E's, stuns etc.
Mechanical good, dashes, auto resets, tiamat
Teamfight good with tp or dashing to carries
One trick = pretty og early bully

one tricking is so boring tho if you wanna grind that's the way but honestly its way more fun to be a gold player that can play 5-10 different champs than a plat that one tricks IMHO
