Support item (spectral) + Zeke + Sunfire + Umbral Glaive + CDR Boots + Edge of Night

She works cause insanely aggro since level 1, pretty much the strongest engager, noone really knows the damage output and tends to underestimate her.
Weak points : strong engage but bad peeling.

Works best with hypercarries

Secondary runes can be changed to Trascendence + Scorch

Tested elo : D1-D4

Crit lulu isn't as strong as on hit imo, you get out dps against cait and Jihn.

Mana - rageblade - nashoors - zhonyas/ga - situational

I don’t think there’s much else this’ll work with. The Ivern clear is very quick and your guaranteed to get gromp, blue, and scuttle with two smite and wait time for passive

Why it works:
Oneshot the adc/mid, big aoe cc.
Cons:
Countered by good players and is poor in late game. Heavy reliant on hitting a good ult.
Hard to deal with if inexperienced. Almost always garenteed to get fed.


Also fid in support or mid works really well if you know how to play around map vision.

What's the build on this?

some times its hard to figure out if off meta works,, i mean you can bully lane ( like i do with top lulu vs like dar//riv,,)
but then the meta champ gets 1-2 ganks,, you get zero help cause your off meta,.,.then it all goes to crap and your the games bitch..

so it seems to me that no pick matters,, only thing that matters in top lane is what jg gets drags,, what jg gets kills top//plates//tower...

Build: bork stormrazor/pd ie finish off with ER/mortal/ga/bt/merc/or double zeal item

phase rush + precision
Flash + ig/cleanse

Why it works:
Pocket counterpick vs resource heavy meta tops.
Tons of options to outplay ganks and play hyper aggressive

Phase rush buff allows you more flexibility in using abilities.

Can also run a onhit version vs heavy ap

Still sounds abit troll, I know Kog is 1v9 Champ mid/lategame but he is incredibly slow prone to get jumped on anything with a dash. I might see him work with a duo mid who is able to come to the rescue but for solo
