Teemo have the same problem vs alot of toplaners, like Nasus
They just build Magic resist, and all Teemo can do is farm and roam
Teemo have a harder time vs tanks then a Heimer, since Teemo low on range and waveclear
Heimer have a harder time to make decent roams
Building merc and spirt vist is realy a big invesment to win roplane, does it win you game against a decent adc or a ad-jgler or ad-mid?
Should a tank top foccus on winning lane in the first place, is it not about Teamfights for a tanktop?
My lategame runes, made me already start the lane, without the need to own my lane opponent
