He's asking which is the best not which is the consensus for favorite looking skin.

There are some skins in the game that are definitely better than others for example artic gragas, high noon graves, forsaken jayce, weather reporter janna,etc

Their visual effects are much harder to see and sometimes even has incorrect hitboxes

For hec he's a dog champ atm don't bother
