7%base heal*(1+0.2Mikael+0.05 revitalize)healpower*1.3vissage*1.1 revitalize = 12.51%total heal
4%costs*0.4current life = 1.6%cost
Netto heal = 12.51-1.6=10.91%heal


Old patch
4%*1.25*1.3*1.1-1.6=5.55%heal

(10.91/5.55-1)*100%=97%more heals when bellow 40%max health

New patch 7*1.25*1.3-4=7.375%heal when at max life
Old patch 4*1.25*1.3-4=2.5%heal when at max life
(7.375/2.5-1)*100% = 195%more heals when arround 85%max life (above 40%max health)

this will allow 300k heal games again, thats 500%more then the nr1 damage to champs

Then you can't expect anyone else to carry you.
