BM is pretty decent.
i feel, if they put champs back in the pool after someone was defeated it would make the game better.

Lvl3 is not essential
I get lvl 3 champ in 1/5 games

you probably shouldn't be giving advice. I watch challenger players al lthe time and they get them basically every game

in the current meta, lvl3 is not needed at all in order to gain LP.
play shapeshifters, assassins or glacials and you're good.
