Understood. One flaw i cant wrap my head around is what if the person buying the service falsely claims they have been scammed by the person providing the service, such as clearing out items off an account while the service is being provided unbeknownst to the provider of said services (EG. Runescape)
Also, what if login credentials were email addresses and a pleb used the same password for all log ins?

Generally in rs you take screenshots of your bank and stats before the service. If most of your valuables are gone, or you paid for a service you didn't receive, you file an s/a. Often times the person won't get locked immediately unless the person being scammed is super trusted, or there are multiple s/a.
This, when applicable to take screenshots before time stamped and after if scammed. It's hard for you to understand because you're fairly new to the website, but asking and accepting any service is entirely up to you. If anything happens jsp will of course try to help but it's not a guarantee everything loss will be covered. That's why a mediator should be use when doing services so they can check before payment is due as well as any services where you can mule off items should be done.
Any service that's account related is entirely up to the buyer even with the risks which is why it does not allow account sharing, ie: I sell you a league account that has 2million blue essence for 5k fg and I won't give first since I'm older than you so you send and I give you the info with 500 B.E and run off and spend the fg or send to a multi before I'm locked. That's how most account scams being reported in the SA forum is.
