Well, since my main lacks are duelling and vision I wouldn't say VOD review is the best choice.
Probably I'd need some good videos about warding as a toplaner in 9.9 and how to manage some of the most frequent matchups in toplane (for example I said I'm great in wave management meaning I setup exactly the lane as I want, but I never said my choice to push/getting pushed/freeze is the best in a specific matchup).
About time... the time needed to level up.
