if you have a team that doesnt int its pretty free lp.
farm up to 6
ult top/bot with ignite and you should be able to abuse that nonstop.

toughest part is laning phase. you need to get almost perfect cs to match your laner early game in terms of dmg and usefulness. poke often so they cant roam and force a massive lead.

i know klepto is common for the exact reason you hit midgame asap but honestly any rune is good.. comet is safe as you ensure strong poke with manaflow etc... fleet is good for high poke lanes... grasp still viable for melee assassins like zed or even yasuo.
