mostly start dorans then mostly mr boots sometimes armor depends ofc then mostly botrk then (frozen mallet or hurricane or wits end) stuff like that always ad
runes i use like: as mr/lvl armor dmg (sadly havnt got those runes on that acc ;D^^)
masteries 21/9 both magic and armor pen as and stuff

we build teemo very differently

Next game started could be hard as i have no Armor Runes on that Acc and play vs a Zed (as Teemo ofc)

last 2 items are situational, if they arent stacking hardcore MR get liandries to make your shrooms take 1/2their hp. if they are stacking get a void

and of course a defensive item like QSS to get away from the cc that they will blow on you


With that build you can 1v1 their adc and blow away 1/2 their hp with a mushroom

However started with 1/0 Then Heca came gank --> 2/1 owned zed rly hard had 2nd tower after 12 min he then left lane and took some kills on other lanes
