personally i start dorans
then lvl 1 boots
tear
sorc boots
rabadons
finish archangel
anything after that situational

ziggs is extremely mana hungry
with arch u have enough mana and regen to continue spammin that Q

i would say lich bane last item imo ziggs passive scales off ap as well so the more ap u get the more dmg so no need to rush lich bane

personally dont like buying more than 1 dorans bcuz u cant make it into anything is a waste of money......only time to get more than 1 dorans imo is if ur havin a hard time laning

with ziggs range u shouldnt have to hard of a time laning against many champs

mastieries and runes basically what the other guy said
