1350 is where most people get stuck and fluctuate between 1250-1400, i'd consider 1350 still ELO hell.

And on Champion Selects, I'd rather have a person pick the champion they have a 70% win rate over the carry they "should" be picking. I've seen a couple people on here who post about "ELO Hell" and that they try carrying but have ratios like 21:20 or even 45:48.
