also, i like ignite > cv, just to really top off the laning presence with q + chord + ignite. i think cv is useful, but can be replaced by means of wards.

e:/ on a well coordinated team.

and flash for escaping or chasing

Skills i build like this
Q - W - Q - E - Q - R - W - W - Q - W - Q - R - W - E - E - R - E - E

Q is a great harass and gives your allies a nice bonus AD / AP boost which is why i start with it

Item Path

Regrowth Pendant + 1 health potion
Philosopher's Stone
Teir 1 Boots
Philosopher's Stone
Mercury's Treads
Kindlegem
Soul Shroud
Banshees Veil
Hextech Revolver
Will of the Ancients
Abyssal Sceptar
Rabadon's Deathcap

selling philosopher's stones when needed
ofc surviveability when needed, getting a aegis if your tank isnt is a good idea, as well as getting a frozen heart for the CDR and mana (and aura ofc)
Wards are very important on Sona make sure almost every time you town you grab 1-3 wards
personally i stack a Mejai's as well on her , as it is very easy to get assists

Make sure during teamfights to alternate your auras
Q for the damage boost and W for the heals
if you can hit enemy carries with your power chord with your W active, it debuffs enemies to do 20% less dmg
During escapes / chases make sure to alternate your E and W , and if u can, try to hit the escaper / chaser with your power chord after using your E, it will slow them

And for all of you who say omg sona so ez, a retard can play her, just slam face on keyboard and win
please be my guest to play her, and when you get slammed, refer to your comment, you are obviously worse then a retard

Thanks :D

i use to run ignite flash

but i noticed, it much easier to pop a CV in bush on opposite side of the map, when i notice my teamates are overextending like tards
and i have to CV + ping to make them get back b4 getting gangraped

wat u think about rylai's on sona?
i've seen lot of sona's getting rylai's on her
just for constant slow on q + super kiting ability
with her speed boost+slow

i think it's actually very effective

also think u should get shurelia on her
instead of shroud, gives cdr+awesome active :)

its not bad, a really good choice, i personally switch between rylais and abysmal , depends if i need more hp or if i need magic res / lower enemies
as for shurelia, i dont mind it, but i really like the AOE cdr and mana regen
again, depends on team comp / situation

fun champ to play, although im really digging my kayle support for the ability to actually assist in kills effectively. being able to heal yourself + an ally, without targeting, is incredibly nice, esp for newer players though.

also, she CAN cs rly well, her attack animation isnt retardedly slow or short range.
