Yeah if you want more damage on him pick up Abyssal it's an overall great item.

Well if you read that portion then you would see that i don't suggest using it unless you HAVE to. meaning your team wont swap up for teleport
In that case use flash and teleport.
Sheen is a very nice item don't get me wrong. I would get it if out DPS was a little low. but alistar is there for his support not DPS.
Only get it if you need to either push turrets harder or the extra damage in Team fights.

need to work in some magic resist into it for myself though, i get raped by casters
