i dont see the point in getting wriggles if u are jungling with phoenix though

I use the same jungle pattern on irelia.

i think phoenix get heart of gold instead of wriggles
wriggles for tiger, who also can force early dragons if enemy are bad l0l

even on phoenix build, wriggle's drastically increases jungle times. not to mention it helps you inbetween ganks or whatever you're doing because of leech + procs.

but, the downside is how long you put off other core items. farming up madred's and then wriggle's on top of it that early leaves you pretty exposed for quite a while.

definitely a per game situational.
