My Karthus Guide

Buy an awful lot of AP
Chill at turret, farm minions, defend your lane carefully
Watch out for enemy members being low on health
hit your ult and score a triple kill.

i get roa > boots > then it changes depending on what i need. use this for most ap chars mainly play annie.
