Vlad benefits way more from ap than he does from hp. Rylais is probably the best starting item (with the exception of mejais if your team has a positive score) for him, but after that, I dont think wasting time on smaller items like ancient or guise is a good idea. I'd straight up jump to rabaddon and then get more ap.

cute guide, though I dont know why you included so much math stuff. its unecessary.

you also forgot one of the most important part of vlad: lvl 6. as soon as you hit lvl 6, youre supposed to ghost in and get a kill, going r-q-e-w-q chase a bit then e for the kill. most champs will die to one set only if you have ignite but i personally prefer flash because it can be both defensive and offensive, unlike ignite.

Only other gylphs I would use on him would be resis or something though.

I sometimes get E first (level 2) - Though I dont ever think to teamfight in my lane till ATLEAST level 5 (level 3 transfusion)
So, doesnt matter to much - just more escapability
