Unless its utterly needed on your team, don't ever use it.

Also, i prefer abyssal > deathfire, as it will help your teamates do more damage, along with giving you some decent magic resis.

Obviously got fucked on that mastery and on the clarity too, thanks this should be corrected.

You guys also mentioned about how Clarity was bad and I'm intrigued, seems to be useful when harrassing/spamming early game. I sometimes switch to Sorc shoes but it's situational IMO, if they stack MR I will use these but I always start with CDR boots adn seems to pay off. This is my first main build and my first month or so playing LoL so I'm really open to comments

if you take all the mana masteries, you shouldnt need clarity.

Still not 30 yet, I guess it could be a reason for lacking mana early on.
