killachmy wins by default because cher forfeits by breaking her own rule

had she not had blue buff all game i woulda won ez cause i can outlast her in the lane while not losing tower health
also cher used most OP champ for 1v1 tower push and killachmy used most UP champ

cher still died to killachmy
