rylais on anni gives her 500 hp and 80ap, Slow on q spell slow on w spell and slow when getting hit and her ulti slows when it lands and his frikking aura slows aswell..
Nn void staff since she doesn't have dot spells, MP > Ap is for fiddle and amumu, Burst characters needs Ap > MP since they deal massive damage and lots of attacks that wroks good with ap ratio ^^

If she had 1:1 ap ratio she could easily 1shot any fucking tank..
Her ap ratio is great since she ahs 3 insane burst spells.. Stacking ap is really good and you don't have a clue what your talking about

yes magic pen is awesome, but rylais > voidstaff that is for sure.. if you have space for both get both but if u have to choose betwen them rylais is the best choice
all red + quintessence > magic pen
