Yes, you must add someone and wait 24 hours, they gift you skins and you send them fg.

Yes, if you are interested you can PM me your IGN and I will reply with my IGN for you to confirm. Once we've added each other after 24 hours I can gift you the skins (that are available in store) that you are looking. I'm assuming 10140 rp is the total amount of rp for all the skins that you want, so you send me that list and I gift you them all.
