why do I have 15 spell haste and have it say it is the equivalent of 13cdr...why not just give me 13 cdr

ya the icon changes were dumb, not only they're mostly different but they're also inconsistent and unclear.

the spell haste thing kinda makes sense, though. if you add +50 haste then you cast spells 50% faster. but if you have 50% CDR then you actually cast spells twice as fast - the more CDR you already have, the better any extra % is. which is why shit like ultimate hunter and cloud drake stacking were lowkey strong.

Cause everyone hates clicking on half icon on tiamat at the edge of your screen

When you click: All items
it not shows all items, like refillible pot+boots+wards, its not even there

When click recommanded:
You not even see recommanded item, you only see the 3 Mystic items to choose from, or the 3boots, or the random start items, not the full kit

Its pretty hard to upgrade your trinket

Ability Haste functions the same as cast speed and cooldown reduction in path of exile

Triforce only procs ones every 5 q, on 61%cdr ezreal (0.25sec between 2q)
Hydra now does 2.5%of ezreal life on q


Think champs like Rammus can do some evil shit when go pure ability haste.

I think it's more of an issue with vision. The last splash art was simple and easily recognizable as well as the details.

Now it's a clusterfk of colors and sharp lines that'll cause a 10 year old to go blind in one year of playing.

Let alone they decided to add like several colors for one item's text description.
