It is pretty funny getting free ignites/heals/flash/etc and just using them to torment your enemy laner.

I like Ahri a lot for roaming... lux overall is can carry pretty hard as well, both my personal favorites for plat+, same with veigar but mostly for low elo gold and below, I'll never forget the acc I climbed to gold long ago and a team mate left, everyone else int'd and I legit just 1v9'd as veigar, I was 1 shotting most of enemy team by late game with just w haha

I love veigar, but a good assassin will ruin him 9/10 times.

That's why I build him Max cdr and tank, lol.
