I mean it's one thing to play off meta and demote several tiers, but to play half your games off meta and maintain that rank shouldnt be bannable.

But that would be annoying to 2v1 as an adc bot lane. Reminds me of the singed support tthat got banned doing the same thing.

If you think Nubrac is the only troll in high elo you're mistaken, I've had multiple games of people just inting if a popular streamer doesnt cover minimap or have a 4+ min delay.

Did he meet this guy in multiple games? Seems like the one.
