After update every one [who have just 1 skin ] can have all skins in game visible.
In Champion Select take your Trist or Cho [or another skin u already own] select skin but dont press Lock In, then Change champ and just click on blocked skin.
With thease metod anyone can have free visible for all in games skins.

its true that this does work , but there have been some threads on the LoL forum site about it being a ban-able offense, do so with your own discretion. [this has yet to been proved ban-able though]

they can't ban you for that. there's no way to prove you are doing it on purpose

it works like this, if you own a skin, whatever slot that skin is in, you can use for another character.

If you have the free Chogath Nightmare skin, you can use the 2nd slot of any other champion's skin for free.

method is similar to devil runebooking, but none of you guys know what that is.
