Hello,
I am here to explain to you exactly what is holding you back from making an actual good deck that can climb the ladder to mythic. There are different purposes for making decks, one could be cool combos, another could be a card that you just like.. We will focus on decks that are designed to win ranked games and get to the highest ranking.. Pay attention to the following issues that you are right now making and correct them, it will help you to become a Mythic player like Myself. Conveniently put in numbered points:

1. Your deck theme is not cohesive enough.

- When you make a Zombie deck, you can't include a bunch of non zombie cards. If you make a zombie deck, you shouldn't also have cards that give humans +1/+1. Or you shouldnt have a zombie deck that also sub themes vehicles. Either have a zombie deck, or a vehicle deck. Not both. All your cards should synergize, not half, or most, All. Don't make a saproling deck that also has 8/8 big bad trample creatures. No. Bad. Make either a saproling deck, or a big 8/8 big bad trample. Not BoTH!!!!!!!

Oh man I love my Vampire deck but theres this really cool Demon card that I like so Imma include that. NO. BAD.

Oh this is a cool ninja deck but Imma also include this enchantment guy and some enchantment buffs for him too. NO. BAD.

And Conversely, you shouldn't just add cards to your zombie deck because they are zombies. You need that zombie to do something. Like buff other zombies, and draw cards, or kill their shit, or something. Each zombie needs to complete different tasks, if all of your zombie cards or even just some of their purpose is 'to be a zombie' then that isnt enough. You need a zombie that draws cards, a zombie that kills their shit, a zombie that buffs zombies. etc. you have to have a full cohesive deck, not just a pile of zombies with 24 lands

you can replace the word zombie(s) with any archetype, Zombies is just one example.

2. You don't know what kind of deck you are making.

-Time and time again I see these foolish aggro players that get sick of losing to aggro so instead of making their deck stronger and faster, they decide to put board clears into their aggro deck.. AN AGGRO DECK... WITH BOARD CLEARS... Talk about not cohesive. If you make an aggro deck, do not put control cards in it. If you make a control deck, stop filling it with useless tempo cards that don't give you value. If you make a tempo deck, dont fill it with cards that need 2-3-4 turns to get good value. Stop it! Pick a lane and stay in it. Are you an aggro deck? Or Control. You can't be both.

3. You are not experimenting with your deck enough

Literally no one ever built a deck in any card game and it got to the highest rank without adjustments. Every single deck needs adjustments. Your first version is simply a rough draft. Your deck will change. Get used to it.
Change out cards that sit in your hand. If you notice a card is always a dead card in your hand THEN CHANGE IT OUT.
If you are running into pockets of enchant decks then PUT ENCHANT DESTRUCTION IN YOUR DECK
change cards, experiment. Don't know which card synergizes better with your big bad dragon? TRY THEM BOTH AND FIND OUT WHAT WORKS BEST!

You get a really big ego boner when you try and try and try and finally you find that one card then your deck gets 10 wins in a row because of it. The dopamine release is insane. This is what you want.

4. You are changing out the wrong cards.

(Im about to repeat the same thing 4 different ways)
-If you lose a game and change your deck. You MUST change out cards that you drew in your last game, or else you arent changing anything.
---> This is a VERY IMPORTANT POINT.
If I lose a game and I didnt draw any of my late game gg cards.. I shouldnt be changing any of those late game gg cards.. that is not the problem. If i only drew small crap cards, I need to change some of those small crap cards to the cards I want or else My deck would have lost the exact same way.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF DECK BUILDING: If you lose a game because you didnt draw the right cards, then you need to change the cards you did draw in order to be able to win that same game again.
Do not bother changing cards that you never draw, because you havent played enough games to know if its good or not.

As mentioned, change out cards that are dead in your hand the highest percentage of the time. that might be 70% at first; meaning 7 out of 10 times you draw the card, it sits useless in your hand for the entire or most of the game. Eventually after improving that card to be a less dead card - you will notice a new card that now sits in your hand dead the most, maybe only 60% of the time this card is a dead card now... keep going... as you refine those dead cards to better cards that fit more with your theme, then you will get less and less dead cards for a larger percentage of the time. Using this process is critical to weeding out the useless cards in your deck that are holding it back.

Combining factors from losing like 'what cards did I actually draw in that game I lost' with factors from all games like 'what card(s) sat in my hand the most this game' will help you to pinpoint which cards should be switched out.

Answering to yourself the question of 'Why did I lose' and 'what kind of card would have kept me alive AND helped put me in a position to win' will guide you to know what cards to put in.

5. Your ego is too large to admit your idea isnt working

If you make a deck with an insane combo and its so cool and I win so much, but your goal is to get to highest ranking (legend, mythic) and you get stuck at diamond 1. After you change out all the cards but your core combo insane awesome idea and still get stuck.. You might have to admit to yourself that the idea just isnt good enough to hit the highest levels. SO YOU THEN ADJUST.
I built a deck around a card and I loved it it was the whole purpose of the deck but eventually I realized after optimizing all the other cards the most dead card in my hand became the card that I built the deck around. So I swallowed my pride and exchanged the card out, and hit mythic an hour later.
