I have a question about MTGO ticket trading. I was browsing the MTGO website to reinstall the MTGO on my PC and noticed that MTGO now offers two types of account: free account and full account; with the below description about the full account.

Does the above mean that in order to trade MTGO tickets I need to pay for a MTGO full account or can I trade MTGO tickets with my existing free account?
