You can get codes from prebuit decks from each block, they transfer your paper deck into Arena! My fiancee and I get a new paper deck each season and she gives me her codes

When you open packs in arena the silver gold and mythic red color cards are your wildcards. You cant trade them etc but they allow you to create cards you previously didnt have.

I dont know what the whole ticket thing means because ive only played arena before but thats how it works in arena
