i cant remember my login details and the process to recover my username is confusing. any help would be appreciated.

ive bought tickets from people here before, is there a way to check who youve traded with in game? idk im grasping for straws at this point.

they can check their recent trades... Not if it has gone to long.
Best way is to check your email if you have any from the wotc.

i called them but they said they dont do account recovery over the phone.....

Click that you forgott your account name and it should be sent to your email.

Perhaps you account have been inactivated if it's to long or if someone has sold you tickets that have a dirty history so your account got blocked.?

Could have been removed due to inactivity or other reasons. If it says your email is invalid there really is only two things to do.

1. Go through your email and check for messages from wizards saying your username from the day you signed up.
2. Create a new account.
