thats my 1st time in this sub-forum, how does the fg-tix trade work? how to avoid scams?

Also i'm new in mtgO world, always played paper card.
Do you have any suggestion for me? Friend of mine suggested me to use deck from mtggoldfish, they are reliable and relatively cheap (tix speaking) where should I aim? What kind of deck? I wont spend more then account activation right now and use only my fg for purchase and see if I like or not MTGO
