Kinda hard to build a deck out of the blue :)

What type of colour do you prefare?
What type of deck do you want? Aggro, Control, Midrange etc

Is it a 60cards+15sideboard deck or EDH (100cards)?

i wanna buy REPRINT CHEAP CARDS GODLY

i wanna spend 100-300$ PER deck if psossible

i can build illegal decks since im not playing legal tourments
