So, I started playing Magic the Gathering locally and I have some friends that play Modern, EDH and Standard...

I've been trying to build a modern deck, but I don't want to throw down $600 for a deck.

I'll probably set myself a budget around $150.

I'm interested in mono-white Kor tribal deck, but I'm open to other options.

150 is not realy much for a competitiv deck
but i found a mono white modern deck
and i bet your friends have some of this cards and can sell them cheap or give them for free

Well, competitive isn't my goal at the moment.

Just enough sense in a deck with a decent win condition to beat friends in a casual environment.

the white deck is realy fast easy and stronk also it made the first place so it is already competitiv
a friend from me played a version from this deck years ago ( format: legacy )
but i remember he had some more stuff to slow down the enemy
